I think, even though he is a blood elf apparently (dota.wikia.com/wiki/Nortrom_th…, he wouldn't be the typical elven beauty, like for example the Invoker is. In my opinion, Nortrom has dark hair and smaller ears.
Then again, he does look pretty in his own way and I like the colours of his armour.

OH AND HIS EYES. How could I ever forget his eyes? So, so blue.
